Mathematics Institute, and many with national reputations.

Museum
Policy and Stipulations:
| 1. |
The
cost includes a full subscription to all workshops in
each series.
It is not possible to pay for a single workshop
in these series. |
| 2. |
It
is our intent to limit participation to 26 students on a
first come-first served basis, with full
payment made by check to the Goudreau Museum of
Mathematics.
Confirmation
will be made by Labor Day for September programs;
mid-October for the Part
II
series.
Once the commitment has been made to run these
workshops, there will be NO
REFUND
for the series.
No refunds will be made for a single session if a
student cannot attend because of illness or
other obligations.
The Museum reserves the right to cancel the
workshop series and return all checks if fewer than
twelve students apply. |

There
will be a $20 fee imposed for any check issued with
insufficient funds. |
| 4. |
Transportation
to and from the workshops is the responsibility of the
parents. |
| 5. |
Parents
are not permitted to attend sessions because of room
size.
Local area maps will be provided for parents,
indicating places to get food, visit a library or shop.
Complete program details and a map to the Math
Museum
will be sent with a written confirmation. |
